Haralson County Fire Rescue early Thursday responded to a pair of fires that resulted in injury to at least nine people.

According to Haralson County Fire Chief Brian Walker,  the first fire occurred on Mt. View Circle between Bremen and Temple. Three individuals were taken to Grady Medical in Atlanta and are being treated inside the hospital’s burn unit.

The second fire was reported before 7:00am in the Pine Grove & Jalliet area outside of Tallapoosa city limits. Walker said he expects crews will be on the scene for much of Thursday morning. At least six people suffered injury in this fire, he said.
