#BREAKING BANK ROBBERY

Police are at the scene of an alleged bank robbery that occurred before 3:00pm Monday afternoon.
VRPD Captain Keith Shaddix says a black male entered the SunTrust Bank on Highway 78 in Villa Rica this afternoon and left with an undisclosed amount of money that did not belong to him.
Shaddix says the suspect is in his late 40s to early 50s. He says the suspect did not show a weapon to tellers, but presented a note and bag, and received the money.
The suspect fled to the wooded area behind the bank.
Police are reviewing video surveillance for more information.
