Haralson County Deputies Charge Two Juveniles For Alleged Roles In Damage and Graffiti Inside School

On December 1, 2020, deputies were dispatched to Tallapoosa Primary School in reference to damage to school property.
There was video of the offenders doing the damage, the offenders are both juveniles so no information can be released about them other than they are in the custody of DJJ.
There was significant damage to the school including a broken window, spray painting on many walls and doors that included threats, broken and destroyed items in hallways and classrooms, food strewn through the school and destroyed and a disconnect box turned off to the refrigerators and freezer.
The juveniles will be charged with Burglary, criminal damage to property second degree, terroristic threats and disrupting or interfering in public schools. Additional charges may be pending.
