Join the Heard County Historical Society for their first annul chili cook-off Saturday October 14th on the square in downtown Franklin from 9am-5pm.  Competitors will compete for cash and prizes.  They will have vendors, music and tons of fun plus as much chili as you can eat!  Admission is free!
