Carrollton High School juniors, from left, E’Layiah Ackles, Matthew Basil, Kate Mills, Zeke Ussery and Lexy Walter were selected by the CHS History Department to participate in a week-long leadership and citizenship program this summer sponsored by American Legion Carroll Post 143.
