CARROLLTON, GA – The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Cup is awarded to an outstanding Carrollton High School senior who has demonstrated leadership ability, good attitude, citizenship and high levels of achievement throughout school and community activities. This year Jeb Jackson was presented this top honor at the 36th annual Academic Achievement Awards Program held April 21 at the Joshua Mabry Center for the Arts.
