Haralson County Ga -- Haralson County High Schools graduation rate more than 10% higher for the students who started as freshman in 2013 over those who started the year prior. Superintendent Jerry Bell says the Georgia Department of Education has notified his school district of a 91.8% graduation rate for 2017.

Bell said, "That puts us probably around that top 5%-10% in the state for graduation rate. Our students are meeting the same requirements as every student across the state of Georgia. We are excited about the work being done in our system and see that our students are receiving a quality education and are walking across that stage."

The system’s graduation rate has risen from 65% over the last several years.
