Police Searching For Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Shoppers

Carrollton Police are reviewing surveillance video from local businesses and questioning witnesses in hopes of locating a man accused of getting women's attention, and then exposing himself to them in public.
Investigators say this has happened at least three times in the last week in Carrollton, but  they say there may be more stories out there.
The first incident reportedly happened around 8:00pm Tuesday, January 31st in the parking lot of TJ Maxx on South Park Street in Carrollton. "The male approached an 18-year old female who was in her car, and exposed himself to her, "Investigator Daniel Keever told WLBB Radio Monday. "He had approached her car, pulled on her handle but the car was locked. When she turned, she saw him there."
The witness was only able to describe the suspect as a black male, possibly driving a pick-up truck.
A second incident was alleged to have happened inside the CVS store on Bankhead Highway, Wednesday February 1st at approximately 7:20pm.
According to the report: The male approached the female suspect and asked her for the time. As she looked toward him, she noticed that he was fondling himself. She walked away towards the front of the store to find her husband. Witnesses say the man in question left the store and left the scene in a 90's model Toyota Camry or Lexus. The vehicle had dealer's tags. He was a black male wearing a grey jacket, blue shirt with a double white stripe across the chest area.
A similar incident was reported a short time later, on the other side of town, at the Kroger on South Park Street around 9:15pm.
"A female Kroger employee was stocking shelves when she was approached by a black male who simply said 'Look'... and she did. She saw what the women in our other two situations saw," Keever said. "She left hurriedly. We believe he left the store at that time based on video surveillance."
Keever says surveillance video shows that the suspect had been dropped off outside Kroger via a small red vehicle.
Investigators are confident that the same male was involved in the incident at CVS and Kroger, but they cannot say for sure the same man was witnessed at TJ Maxx.
Keever says it is possible that the suspect has done this more times than has been reported so far.
If you are approached by the suspect, you are encouraged to walk to safety and call 911.
Anyone with information on the suspect, should call Carrollton Police.
