Fire Displaces Family Of Four

A Haralson County family of four was forced to spend Easter away from home this year, after a fire destroyed their house Friday.
Haralson County Fire Chief Brian Walker says the double-wide property located off Highway 120 was fully involved when crews arrived.
Investigators do not suspect foul play at this time.
A female adult has been treated for smoke inhalation.
The family does not have insurance. Red Cross has offered assistance.
Chief Walker says the county has had only a few house fires in the first quarter of 2016. Typically, the county sees anywhere between 15 to 20 at this point in the year he said. Walker believes the mild winter and homeowners using heaters less is a factor in that shrinking number.
