Man Suspected In Multiple Armed Robberies Of Family Dollar Stores

Police say the a man alleged to have robbed a Family Dollar in Carrollton over the weekend “could be responsible for other armed robberies of Family Dollar stores in the (Carroll) county—and Douglas and Coweta counties over the last month.”
Captain Chris Dobbs says Saturday night, the man is alleged to have entered the store on Park Street and held two female employees at gunpoint for nearly 15 minutes before leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash.
One of the alleged victims of Saturday’s incident tells police that despite the alleged intruder covering much of his head and face, and based on his voice and mannerisms, she believes that the suspect had been in the store previously in the day.
