District 30 Race by Absentee Ballot
Carroll County elections supervisor, Becky Deese, warns that absentee-ballot voters wishing to vote by mail for the district 30 state senate race need to get their requests in for a ballot as soon as possible. The district 30 race runs into a new calendar year, thus requiring that absentee voters notify the elections office of their intent to vote by absentee ballot. The district 30 race between republican candidate Mike Dugan and libertarian candidate, James Camp, is determined on January 8th.
