THS & VR Talk Building In City

Tanner Health System officials are discussing several new projects with the city of Villa Rica. On Thursday, Tanner confirmed the opening of a new multiple sclerosis treatment clinic in town. The next closest M.S. facility is in Atlanta. An open house is scheduled for the new clinic on Wednesday.

Tanner is also considering where to build a facility housing the new Tanner Connections program, in cooperation with the Carroll County School System. They are hopeful to build that in Villa Rica.

Also, Tanner officially requested that Villa Rica city council members approve the ‘Northern Loop project,’ they expect would benefit access and travel to Tanner facilities in the ‘City of Gold.’
