Voting Location Changes

Voters interested in voting in the March 6, 2012, Presidential Preference Primary, should be aware the Carroll County Board of Elections & Registration has made changes to two polling places since January 1, 2012. The following polling locations have been changed:

Lowell                                               Lowell United Methodist Church
New Lebanon Baptist Church              180 Lowell Lane
                                                                           Carrollton, GA 30116

Elections Supt. Becky Deese says the Lowell location changed at the request of New Lebanon Baptist Church while the Kansas Baptist Church location is an upgrade in condition over the previous location.

Voters who are registered at one of these locations will receive a new precinct card in the mail. Voters should check their precinct location before heading out to the polls to avoid confusion. Voters may check their registration status, view sample ballots and precinct locations in one of three ways:
