The Carroll County School Board elects Jon Anderson, representing District 7, as the new board chairman Thursday. The Deputy Provost and Associate Professor of Management at the University of West Georgia is in his second year on the school board.
The board elects long-time board member, Bernice Brooks of Villa Rica, as vice-chair.
