Carrollton -- The Carroll County Water Authority wrapped up its final meeting of the year with reports of several finished projects and projects nearing completion. CCWA Executive Director, Matt Windom says one project in the final stages is the Snake Creek spillway, “which should be done in the next 45 days or so.”
In spite of the low rainfall this year county water reservoirs are in good shape. Water authority officials have updated the watering regulation to permit landscape watering on any day of the week between the hours of 4pm and 10am. Other outdoor watering activities remain governed by the odd-even address system with no restrictions on time or type of outdoor water use.
