A judge in Haralson County, Thursday will hear updates on motions filed on behalf of two men behind bars for their alleged roles in the March 2005 shooting deaths of Jimmy Jackson and Michelle McAdams.
Larry Craig Cash was found guilty of felony murder by a jury three years ago while his alleged accomplice Jimmy Wayne Wright agreed to a guilty plea. The status hearing tomorrow is to update the judge on two motions filed for a new trial and to withdraw a guilty plea.
Joe Burford was Special Assistant to the Haralson County District Attorney in 2008 and says Thursday’s hearing consists of “typical-type motions that come after any case.”
