A 27-year old Temple man is in big trouble in Pennsylvania according to an Associated Press report this week. The man, working for an energy company in the northeastern part of PA is behind bars on $100,000 bail in the keystone state, charged with "scattering rubbish," after reportedly admitting to dumping 800 gallons of hazardous materials from a drilling site, onto state game lands.
