The Carroll County Sheriff's Office and West Georgia Local Emergency Planning Committee donated Emergency Bags to 1000 Carroll County School teachers. The emergency bags are an effort to help prepare teachers in case of a school wide emergency. The bag includes items that will help support the teachers during a crisis management situation. Items included are: a whistle, first aid kit, CPR Mask, pencil, notebook, safety vest, and emergency response flip chart.
