A former Villa Rica Bank President is sentenced to six years in federal prison this week after being convicted of bank fraud this past September. 39-year old Pope Cleghorn, Jr. was accused of making bad loans in return for cash kickbacks while he was President and CEO of Hometown Bank in Villa Rica. Questionable loans date back to 2005.
