Local farmer and Carroll County District Commissioner George Chambers tells us that the principals of Chatta-Creek Meats, Inc. are working with legal counsel in finalizing documents for the initial public offering of stock in the company. Chambers says the hope is to have that process complete, at the earliest, in December and finalized by the first quarter of 2012.
