A Tallapoosa woman is celebrating her 108th birthday today. Jessie Johnson was born November 7th, 1903 to a farming family in Cleburne County, Alabama.
Johnson was alive for the first electric washing machine, the introduction of the Model-T and for the last time the Chicago Cubs won the World Series.
 Her grandson, Bremen Police Chief Keith Pesnell says "At 108, she does very well."
