A Carroll County resident comes across a wandering horse in the area of Highway 100 North at Kansas Baptist Church. The animal was led into a pasture in the area and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office notified. Anyone missing a horse should contact Investigator Telisha Gibson at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.
