Lance Corporal Harper, accompanied by members of the Marine Corps and his family, will land at Fulton County Airport/Charlie Brown Field Thursday morning, October 20th. A Marine Corps Honor Guard will escort Lance Corporal Harper off the plane. A procession will leave the airport at 11:30 a.m. to bring him to Douglas County.
The processional route will be as follows. Times are estimated and the motorcade could be 10 minutes on either side of the stated time based on traffic flow, motorcade speed and other factors.

The Public is invited and encouraged to salute the service of Lance Corporal Harper along the processional route.
Lance Corporal Harper will be accompanied by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department, the City of Douglasville Police Department, the Patriot Guard, the American Legion Riders, friends and organizations associated with the family.
Lance Corporal Harper’s family will receive friends at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home on Friday, October 21st, from 5 – 9 p.m., and on Saturday, October 22nd, from 1 – 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 23rd, at 3 p.m. at the Ephesus Baptist Church, 8445 Ephesus Church Road, Villa Rica, Georgia. Interment will follow at the Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery will full military honors.
