The Haralson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident involving multiple shots fired at a private residence on Ridgeway Road over the weekend. The home and an adjacent beauty shop building was struck between ten and twelve times by gun fire Saturday evening, according to Sheriff Eddie Mixon.
The home-owner says he discovered the shots at around 10:30pm, after he returned home. Sheriff Mixon says the shots appear to have come from a .22 caliber magnum weapon. No injuries are reported.
Investigators are releasing no motive or identifying suspects at this time. Mixon says extra patrols are working the area as the investigation continues and he encourages anyone having information related to the incident to call the HCSO at 770-646-2011.
