Troopers with the Georgia State Patrol are investigating a one-vehicle accident on southbound 61, just south of Villa Rica -- that tied up traffic in the area for some time after 6:00 Monday evening. Trooper reports state one person was injured in the incident after being ejected from the vehicle, but they have yet to release the party involved or what caused the incident. The injured person was life-flighted to Grady Memorial in Atlanta.
