The City of Carrollton is pleased to announce the Dedication of “ Hutchins Park ” to honor Mr. Fred Hutchins on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. “ Hutchins Park ” is located at the corner intersection of Alabama Street and Barnes Street behind the West Georgia Technical College Executive Headquarters.
“ Hutchins Park ” is dedicated to Mr. Hutchins in honor of his extraordinary contributions to the business and civic development of Carrollton , as well as Carroll County . The City of Carrollton is proud to recognize a life well lived – a live that enriched our community with opportunity and joy.
