At least one Carroll County Board Of Education member thinks it would be a good idea to limit the consecutive terms served by the board’s Chairman and Vice-Chairman. Sandra Morris represents the Temple area on the BOE and says she is considering making such a proposal at an upcoming board meeting. Morris is currently the board’s Vice-Chairman and says an approved resolution would be beneficial in that it could allow for each board member the opportunity to serve in those capacities.
