A 23-year Douglasvile man is shot in the forearm, while out in front of his home Monday morning and Douglas county authorities are looking for the shooter. The shooter reportedly walked up to the victim and shouted "that's you, that's you" before firing six to 10 rounds with a 9mm handgun. The victim says he does not know the shooter but describes him as a light-skinned black man wearing a white shirt with grey pants and white shoes.
