A Dallas, Georgia man is killed in a one-vehicle accident just after noon Saturday, three miles east of Piedmont, Alabama on US 278 in Cherokee county. Alabama Highway Patrol Public Information Officer, Trooper Chad Joiner says 47-year old Othal Teddy Davis, Jr. was the lone passenger in a 2006 GMC van.
