The Georgia Department of Transportation plans to close a lane of traffic on Interstate 20 for several hours today. The left lane of I-20 westbound between Temple-Carrollton Road (exit 19) and Highway 27 (exit 11) will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. the lane is being closed so that DOT maintenance crews can repair the guardrail on that stretch of I-20.
