Additional law enforcement agencies are assisting Carrollton police in tracking down the suspect in Friday's shooting death at the Chateau Apartments on Hays Mill Road. Carrollton PD Captn. Chris Dobbs says authorities believe the alleged shooter remains in the metro area.
A murder warrant was issued for 20-year old Evan Winston, describes as a black male, 5-feet-7 and 170 lbs. He was last known to be living in the Lithonia and Dunwoody areas.
None of those involved in Friday's shooting are residents of the Chateau Apartments.
