2010 VRHS graduate and Carroll County STAR Student Hannah Hurst returned to her alma mater to accept the Brenda Busbin Collins Memorial Scholarship, worth $300.  Hannah is currently attending the University of West Georgia, where she is enrolled in the Honors Program, and in addition to receiving the Collins Memorial Scholarship, she is also receiving the Hope Scholarship, based on her academic performance here at VRHS, and UWG's most prestigious scholarship, the Presidential Scholarship.  Her future plans are to become a math teacher.  Seen with Hannah are (left to right), Adam Herring, VRHS principal; Hannah Hurst, recipient; and J.
