A Buchanan man is killed shortly after midnight Tuesday morning on Tallapoosa East Church Road when he is ejected from his vehicle after striking a ditch. Georgia State Patrol Public Information Officer Gordy Wright says 49-year old Kevin Richard Mullinax lost control of his pick-up truck and left the roadway. Mullinax was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. He was the only passenger in the vehicle.
