UWG's Bremm named GSC Freshman Golfer of the Month

Carrollton, GA – The Gulf South Conference announced Friday that UWG freshman Franziska Bremmhas been named GSC Women's Freshman Golfer of the Month for the third time this season.
Bremm has been the Freshman of the Month in September, October, and now March, and was the Golfer of the Month for September.
The Colmberg, Germany native began the month of March with a bang, finishing first at the Pirate Invitational with a 222 total after rounds of 73, 74, and 75. Bremm calmly backed that up with a ninth place finish at the Dancing Rabbit Intercollegiate.
In Bremm's final tournament of the month, the freshman shot 76, 79, and 77 to finish in a 21st place tie against Division I competition at the Samford Women's Intercollegiate.
The freshman for head coach Barry Harwell's Wolves is leading the team with a 75.0 scoring average, and has shot every round in her career in the 70s, including a career-low 71.
Bremm and the Wolves host the UWG Invitational next week at Sunset Hills in Carrollton. West Georgia welcomes seven teams to Carrollton for the tournament to take place April 4-5 across the street at Sunset Hills Country Club.
