Substitute teacher arrested after bullying, beating incident involving student with autism

A substitute teacher has been arrested, along with three Cleburne County High students, after a video surfaced of the students hitting a special needs classmate in school.
According to WBMA-TV, the 39-year old educator was reportedly in the classroom at the time of the incident and has been charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Three male students were charged with harassment and menacing.
The video showed the students hitting a 17-year-old special needs student with belts and threatening to hit him with chairs.
The special needs student was reportedly un-injured.
