Some Local Gas Pumps Raising Prices Higher Than Others After Harvey

It's supposed to be only temporary but as of Thursday morning, we saw that some local pump prices are rising more than others after Tropical Storm Harvey caused temporary shifts in the flow of oil and gasoline around the world after reportedly taking down a huge chunk of U.S. refining capacity.
Gas buddy.com listed prices per gallon for regular (97) as low as $2.24.
We saw at least one station along Bankhead Highway north of Carrolton this morning charging $2.60 per gallon of regular (97).
