Manufacturing Jobs In Coweta

ATLANTA -- The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help a temporary employment agency, Randstad, fill 18 manufacturing and distribution jobs in Coweta County.

The recruitment will be held Thursday, Jan. 17, from 11:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the GDOL’s Newnan Career Center, located at 30 Bledsoe Rd.

The company will be recruiting saw, system, machine, and forklift operators, along with assembly-line workers.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, applicants must be at least 18 years old. They must also bring a copy of their high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED) to the recruitment.

While the company did not provide salary ranges for the jobs, experienced workers in these occupations typically earn between $9 and $10 an hour through a temporary agency, according to GDOL.
