Ground-breaking for the new Olive Garden restaurant in the Crossroads Shopping Plaza in Carrollton is slated for January 23^rd, according to head architect with Darden Restaurants, Jody Johnson. Johnson says the group hopes to have the casual-Italian eatery open for business by June.
