Deese Resigns From Election Supervisor Position

Carroll County is looking for a new elections supervisor following the resignation of Becky Deese. Deese says her last day on he job is April 30^th.

She has been elections supervisor since august 2010.

Prior to that, she was with the United States Post Office for more than 30 years; including as Carrollton’s Postmaster.

On a personal note, Deese and the elections staff have always been extremely accommodating to the media and made it very easy for our radio stations to cover election night.

The elections supervisor position is posted on the Carroll County website and will remain posted until April 1^st.
