Today is Christmas Eve and we’re all looking forward to family and friends, presents, and good food. One thing we aren't looking forward to is the extra inches from the delicious family cooking. Melissa Brillhart is a registered dietitian with Tanner Health System. So what are some tips for limiting those additional inches we might earn this week?
Brillhart says drinking plenty of water, using smaller plates, and eating a balanced Christmas meal with equal servings of lean meat, whole grains, vegetables, and fruit are just a few of the things you can do to help watch your waist line on Christmas.
